10:00 a.m. | Distribution of straw hats, tobacco scarves, cutting shears, and buckets
10:30 a.m. | Mata bicho: onion broth, roasted sardines on cornbread with olive oil, served with Pacheca wines and mineral water
11:00 a.m. | Departure for the grape harvest
12:30 p.m. | Grape treading in the Quinta's wine presses
1:30 p.m. | Guided tour of the vineyards
