These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of programs, tours, and experiences through Portugal para Todos. By making a reservation, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.

Portugal para Todos is responsible for organizing and marketing tourist experiences in Portugal.

Objective

These General Terms and Conditions aim to clarify the rights and obligations of the customer and Portugal para Todos, ensuring a transparent, secure, and organized experience.

Bookings and Payments

  • Reservations can be made online, by email, or by phone.

  • Payment can be made via MB Way or bank transfer.

  • The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

  • In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must send proof of payment.


Prices

  • All prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change in exceptional cases (e.g., variations in rates, fuel, suppliers).

  • Each program specifies what is included and not included (meals, transportation, entrance fees, guides, etc.).

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the customer:

  • Up to 7 days before the date of the experience: full refund.

  • After this period: no refunds will be given.

Cancellation by the company:

  • It may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, weather conditions, or service unavailability.

  • The customer will be informed in advance and is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

Change of dates:

  • Subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Company responsibilities

  • Ensure that all services correspond to what was contracted.

  • Ensuring the safety and quality of the experience.

  • Provide only correct, accurate, and up-to-date information.

  • We are not responsible for external events beyond our control, such as delays in third-party transportation, weather changes, or situations of circumstances beyond our control.

Customer responsibilities

  • Follow the program's schedule and rules.

  • Present valid documentation (citizen card, passport, tax identification number, visas, when applicable).

  • Inform us in advance of any health conditions or special restrictions that may affect participation.

  • Follow safety rules and team instructions during the experience.

Insurance

  • Portugal para Todos has mandatory civil liability and personal accident insurance for the experiences it organizes.

  • We recommend that customers purchase additional travel insurance, according to their personal needs.

Changes to the program

  • Replacements or changes to services may occur, always with equivalent quality, for logistical reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Unexpected events (weather, strikes, security) may lead to changes in the itinerary, always ensuring the best available solution.

Data Protection

  • The handling of your data complies with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

  • Data is collected solely for the purpose of providing contracted services, billing, marketing (if authorized), and improving the experience.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

  • These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

  • In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the court where the company is headquartered.
